Email links open your mail app. You review and send the message yourself.
Use email for support. The revised app opens an email draft for you to review and send; earlier versions may use an unavailable feedback endpoint.
What to include
- A short description of the problem and the steps that lead to it.
- Your app version, Android version and device model.
- A screenshot if useful, with private profile information hidden.
- For a purchase question, the product involved and when the issue occurred. Do not send your password, full card number or purchase token.
A support request is optional. Your email address and the information you send are used to handle the inquiry. See the privacy policy for details: correspondence is retained until the issue is closed and for 90 days afterwards. Privacy requests receive a response within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires.
Manage a subscription
Use the Google account that made the purchase to open Google Play subscriptions. There you can check subscription status and manage renewal. Uninstalling Gravity or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription.
